How are my orders packed?
We take all care to ensure your order gets to you protected and intact. Currently, we pack prints with their certificates in a stock of transparent plastic sleeves, and sturdy cardboard poster tubes or sheets. Whenever possible, we aim to reuse materials for packaging or try to find other eco-friendly options.
How to handle a received order?
When you receive your order, please handle it with great care. If you ordered a larger print, open the cardboard poster tube and pull gently and carefully on the plastic sleeve, then place it on a flat surface and allow some time to unfurl.
What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate shipping cost for each order. This means that you can add as many products to the cart as you like. Shipping worldwide costs 10 EUR. Shipping to Lithuania costs 5 EUR.
How are the orders shipped?
Your orders are sent from Vilnius, Lithuania, via Lithuanian Post to global destinations as registered priority mail. We ship orders twice a week to the best of our ability. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

When will my order arrive?
Orders shipping within the EU generally take 1-2 weeks, while international orders take up to 4 weeks or more. Please keep in mind that shipping time is reliant on the speed of the postal system. Please take this in consideration when placing the order. Thank you for your patience!
If you need your order quickly, please email us at email@example.com to see if it is possible to upgrade the shipping service via courier at additional costs.
What if my order arrived damaged or got lost?
In the unlucky event that the order arrives damaged or didn’t arrive at all, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org with some info what happened and photos if you can. Please note that we are not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by Lithuania Post or any other shipping service. We will pass the info to the postal service and see if there is anything we can do to help you.
Also, please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout.
What is your return and exchange terms?
If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return your order up to 14 days after you have received your item. To return, please contact email@example.com with the details of your order and the reason for requesting a return. The returned item must be in perfect condition and sent back to us in original protective package. When returning an item, please use a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Who is responsible for custom fees and taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees depending on the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. Should the buyer wish to refuse delivery of your order due to the customs charge, the order will be returned to us at the cost of the buyer.
